I am a pediatric Occupational Therapist for 14 years, turned birth worker, passionate about breastfeeding, unmedicated childbirth, and postpartum support for the entire family. I am a homeschooling Momma to 3 littles, I love to travel the world, and good food with friends is a love language I speak fluently.

Doula Support

As your certified professional birth doula, I will provide emotional, physical, and educational guidance through the transformational journey of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.  My passion is to empower families to navigate the intricacies of this life changing event, encouraging self-advocacy and informed decision making, and fostering a nurturing environment for the well-being of baby, and their parents. I know the vital role a doula can provide after experiencing birth alone, following the loss of my spouse. 

Birth Photography

As your birth photographer, my mission is to skillfully capture the raw and profound moments of your childbirth journey. With a keen eye and a sensitive approach, I will document the emotions, connections, and incredible strength that unfold during labor. My goal is to tell your unique story through powerful images, preserving the beauty, vulnerability, and joy as you bring new life into the world.

Lactation Support

As your certified lactation counselor, with years of experience working with families around lactation, I am dedicated to fostering a long lasting breast feeding relationship. With compassionate expertise, I provide invaluable assistance, education, and guidance within my Occupational Therapist scope of practice.  Any challenge that arises that is outside my expertise I have ample professional support from IBCLCs and nurse practitioners in our area when a medical need should arise. I am committed to nurturing and supporting your breastfeeding goals with empathy and care.

As a first time father, I had no Idea what to expect from the birth, I had watched videos, and had been in the waiting room for a few close relatives, but nothing prepared me for what all we went through. Olivia was with us at every step from early labor, all the way to when we had to have a C-Section. She was with us and helped us by explaining at every step what was happening, and what the doctors were looking for, and what was inevitably coming next. I was not prepared for everything that happened and without her guidance and assistance I cannot even imagine how we would have gotten through everything. She gave us advise, helped my wife with trying different positions, and also made sure we rested when the opportunity came up. She also helped us to prepare mentally when we were going to have to transition to a C-section. Perfectly laid plans, but nothing went as we had envisioned, or planned, I'm not sure how we would have done it with the stress, and our unpreparedness without Olivia.”

She goes over different laboring positions with you and your spouse so you can practice and be comfortable with them once your in labor. During labor she was amazing at helping me try different positions to get baby in the ideal position. And when the doctor on call tried to intimidate me into and epidural she helped me stand up for myself and was a great advocate! And on top of all that, she captured some incredible pictures during my labor and the golden hour that I will forever cherish! Seriously, do yourself a favor and hire her for your birth!
